Below are some of our main competition horses at the moment. This is not a complete list and we may have others that we are competing of our own and/or client horses.

Occasionally competition horses maybe for sale (if the right price is offered)! Send us an email if you are looking for a horse as if we don’t have anything then we have a number of contacts that might have something suitable.

Tommy (Highland Inspiration)

3*** Eventer

Bec has had Tommy since he was a 3yo of the track and they have gone  from Intro to 3*** together. Tommy and Bec were on the NSWIS elite eventing reserve squad. However due to family issues have had a stop and start run over the years. Tommy can be tricky on the flat and not a super careful showjumper but is so bold X/C and has given Bec a lot of experience at the top level, jumping most 3*** courses. Now 18 years old Tommy is still sound and still can be like a silly 3yo. A much loved horse that will never be sold. Sam (Lyle) is still continually getting into Bec that she is too soft on Tommy and should go faster.  A horse of a lifetime if only he was a 3yo now!!

Flash (Highland Flash)

2* Eventer

Flash is another OTT horse of Bec’s, she has had him since he was a 5yo and as his name suggests he is ‘Flash’ but can also be very very naughty!

He should really be 3*** now but again has not done all that much due to no fault of his own!

McGuire (Highland McGuire)

2* Eventer

McGuire is not another OTT horse but rather a purpose bred ISH Stallion. Just turned 8 years old McGuire finished the 2014 season at 2*. James has done everything with McGuire and he is just a lovely horse that is good in all three disciplines .

McGuire’s first foals on the ground are starting to be broken-in and showing the same nature and trainability.

Max (Highland Lad)

2* Eventer

Max is another OTT horse that was on his way to the zoo before Bec and James took him. At the start Max spend most of the time on his hind legs waving! With some time and patience he turned the corner. When Phil arrived from England we gave him Max to ride and they have formed a super partnership. Max is a super jumper and it looks like he and Phil will go 3*** in the future.

Ringo (Highland Charmed)

Pre-Novice Eventer

Ringo is a T/B Stallion that has super movement and jumping ability. Brother to Highland Charm sold to the UK. Broken-in and started late but has all the ability in the world he has been taken slowly until he gets confident with water, but when he is he is never unplaced. Very cute and moves like a warmblood, Ringo is normally ridden by Bec or Phil, he is very hard to sit trot on as has a huge trot! Hopefully will go 1* this year.

Elvis

Prelim Eventer

Elvis is another purpose bred horse of Bec and James. By Hamlet out of a Sir Tristram mare. He is very flash on the flat and a cute jumper. Phil stole the ride on him when he was broken-in, and that was that!! He likes to get noticed on a fancy horse what more can we say!

Danny

Prelim Eventer

Danny is an ISH that we got as he was abit tricky and could buck. Now very quiet and he is a super jumper. He has done a few events with Bec and James. James will be set to compete him in 2012
